This spreadsheet tool is designed to help you figure out how much energy or money your appliances are using. With this information, you will learn to make better decisions around the home as well as better purchasing decisions. Here are some examples of what you will be able to do:

Directly compare appliances What's the best way to cook vegetables? On the stove top or in your steamer? What is the energy difference between a large TV and a small TV? How much energy will you save if you replace your old fridge with a new more energy efficient one?

List your appliances Make a list of all your appliances to see how much they cost. We're always saying the pool pump, air con or tumble dryer cost a lot of money but do you really know how much? You can manage your energy consumption beter by having this knowledge. Some items may not be as bad as you think where others mght suprise you.
