Call of Duty Ghosts PS3

Call of Duty: Ghosts for PS3 is a first-person shooter set in a new, post-apocalyptic near-future where players take on the underdog role as part of a highly-trained special operations unit known as the "Ghosts". The game shifts the balance of power, with the U.S. fighting against a newly emerged South American Federation. 

Key aspects of the game on the PS3 include:

• Single-player Campaign: The story follows two brothers, Logan and David Walker, and their father, Elias, along with a military dog named Riley, as they battle the Federation. The narrative is personal, focusing on reclaiming a fallen nation, and features diverse locales including underwater and space missions.
• Multiplayer: The game introduces several innovations, including dynamic map events where the environment can change mid-match, and extensive character customization options. New tactical player movements like contextual leaning and the knee slide were added for more fluid gameplay. It also features over 30 new weapons and new Kill Streaks.
• Extinction Mode: This is a distinct 1-4 player co-op mode that replaces the traditional zombie mode. It combines survival gameplay with base defense, class leveling, and player customization as a team fights an inhuman menace in a an isolated town.
• Squads Mode: This mode allows players to build a team of up to six custom soldiers and take them into battle either solo or cooperatively. The AI behavior of the squadmates is determined by the loadouts the player assigns them.
• PS3 Performance: The game runs on a new engine that delivers a solid 60 frames per second for the most part on the PS3, though at a sub-720p resolution (around 860x600). This results in a slightly softer image compared to next-gen versions, but generally looks good on the console.
• General Tone: The game's art style is described as bleak to match its post-apocalyptic storyline, offering a grittier feel compared to previous entries like Black Ops 2. It was released in November 2013 and is rated M for Mature.
