In Call of the Goddess the author unfolds the seven lives of Paul Gaye, a twentieth century concert pianist suddenly thrust into his past by a near fatal automobile accident. As Paul struggles back from his coma, he is not only fighting for his life, but also for the right to enjoy that life.
Copy and dust wrapper in very good condition. Light foxing on text block edges. An inscription on the first blank has been neatly covered with correction fluid. There is also evidence of minor water damage to the front edges of the fist 3 prelims (see photo). A signature on the title page (H Picard) is thought unlikely to be that of the author since the book was published posthumously.
