1) All Product returns or Exchanges will be send to the manufacturer / Supplier / Distributor for a full inspection and assessment Upon receipt of the returned item, it will undergo a full inspection and assessment by the product supplier / manufacturer / Distributor every supplier / manufacturer / Distributor have its own Policy to exchanges and returns
2) If supplier / manufacturer / Distributor agree to a Refund of price of unsuitable products.
We will refund the full price of any unsuitable products in their original unopened packaging. For opened products, the supplier / manufacturer / Distributor may deduct or charge a reasonable amount for any use of the products plus certain costs necessary for repackaging and restocking, subject to the CPA. These costs are usually up to 25% of the cost of the products.
The Force 400 Series optional range extender can be attached to the ePMP Force 425 (CB-EPMP-F425-2P) in the field to add additional link budget and fade margin for challenging links or to move to higher capacity where needed and higher modulations can be achieved. When attaching the range extender, the gain of the Force 425's 25 dBi antenna is boosted to 28 dBi.
