SHIPPING

1. Ensure that you understand our shipping charges prior to bidding.  Listings have different shipping charges. 
2. We offer no discount on shipping. 
3. The correct shipping option is to be chosen.  Should the shipping option be incorrect your order will not be shipped. 
4. No collections allowed. 
5. We reserve the right to combine orders for shipping. 
6. We do not ship outside of South Africa. 
7. We do not accept responsibility for any damage incurred by courier.  Should you wish to insure your parcel please advise accordingly. 

PAYMENT

1. Payment required within 7 days to confirm stock. 
2. Upon receipt of order and full payment (including correct shipping) we will ready your order. 
3. When your order is ready and booked with courier, we will forward your waybill number for tracking purposes. 
4. Feel free to contact us (details will be available once your order is placed) on the messaging platform, email or WhatsApp for any queries, updates or concerns once order is placed. 
5. Should you not be satisfied with your order upon receipt, contact us and we will do our best to ensure buyer satisfaction. 

OFFICE HOURS

1.  We are open between 07:00 and 15:00 every weekday. 
2. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
