1) All Product returns or Exchanges will be send to the manufacturer / Supplier / Distributor for a full inspection and assessment Upon receipt of the returned item, it will undergo a full inspection and assessment by the product supplier / manufacturer / Distributor every supplier / manufacturer / Distributor have its own Policy to exchanges and returns
2) If supplier / manufacturer / Distributor agree to a Refund of price of unsuitable products.
We will refund the full price of any unsuitable products in their original unopened packaging. For opened products, the supplier / manufacturer / Distributor may deduct or charge a reasonable amount for any use of the products plus certain costs necessary for repackaging and restocking, subject to the CPA. These costs are usually up to 25% of the cost of the products.

When a 57V power supply is used, CAMSWITCH Plus can deliver enhanced POE to Veracity OUTREACH Max, HIGHWIRE PowerStar and LONGSPAN products for maximum range. Designed for installers CAMSWITCH Plus's network ports configure automatically for speed, duplex and crossover, and deliver 802.3af/at POE to compliant devices with no user setup required.
