CAN U BEAT THIS! 1950'S RETRO J & G MEAKIN FAIRLY COMPREHENSIVE DINNER SERVICE MAID OF HONOUR ROSE +

Known as the crofters pattern, in the space & lyric shapes, very

stylised with grey cross hatched background. This set is "Maid of

Honour" with the roses in the foreground. Sought after, retro &

from the fabulous '50's. Amazing the set still has so many pieces

surviving the time span of plus minus 60 years

Overall condition is good, save for one mark on the one vegetable

server's lid. Set consists of one cake serving plate. 8 Large shallow

bowls, two vegetable servers plus lids, a pink sugar bowl & milk jug or

sauce boat, one large oval serving platter dish and one smaller one

6 smaller (dessert?) bowls, two other type of large bowls, 8 dinner plates

(large), 6 smaller plates,  4 side plates & one small milk jug.

Wow!!

It just grows on you!
