Important Terms of Sale (Please Read Before Buying)**
**1. Payment & Fund Release Policy**
* **Accepted Payment Methods:** Payments processed via **bobPay (EFT/Card)** or **Direct Bank EFT**. Cash, paper cheques, and e-wallet/cash-send requests are strictly **NOT** accepted.
* **Clearance Requirement:** Goods will **only** be handed over or dispatched once payment has fully cleared into the seller's account balance (reflecting as "Cleared / Available" on bobPay or fully settled in the bank account).
* **Proof of Payment:** Screenshots, bank confirmation PDFs, or SMS notifications are not accepted as instant release proof without account verification.
* **Payment Window:** Payment must be initiated within **24 hours** of order placement. Unpaid orders will be cancelled, relisted, and reported for non-payment.
**2. Collection & Security Rules**
* **Public Venue Only:** In-person handovers strictly take place inside a busy, high-visibility location with CCTV (e.g., inside a major shopping mall coffee shop or outside a local police station).
* **No Home Collections:** Under no circumstances will private residential pickups or private home visits be permitted.
* **ID Verification:** The seller reserves the right to inspect a photo ID upon handover to confirm it matches the buyer's Bob Shop account profile.
**3. Shipping & Courier (If Applicable)**
* If courier delivery is arranged instead of local pickup, all courier fees and in-transit insurance are 100% at the buyer's cost and risk. Dispatch occurs only after funds clear.
**4. Item Condition & Final Sale**
* Silver items are described and pictured accurately. Due to the nature of precious metals and market fluctuations, **all sales are final**. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted after physical handover or courier dispatch.
**5. Buyer Qualifications**
* The seller reserves the right to cancel bids or orders from newly created accounts, unverified profiles, or users with negative feedback ratings.
