HOW TO USE IT?
Pre-rub the affected area with your hand until the skin becomes warm and blood flow is stimulated.
Now remove some balm from the jar and warm it in your hand, until it becomes oily.
Apply the balm to the affected area vigorously, for at least 5 minutes. Redden the skin.
Apply before retiring to bed. Don't allow wind or cold to reach the rubbed area. It's preferable to then wrap the rubbed area with cling wrap thereafter, or apply a hot-water bottle to it.
Don't heat your jar, as heat destroys its effectiveness. Store in a cool dry place. If the balm is hard, simply scoop out with a teaspoon.
