Canon 18-55 image stabilised lens. please read description

This lens has a problem with the auto focus. It works perfectly on manual focus and takes normal sharp images as any canon lens does.

If you turn the focus ring to the left so that the image is out of focus then push the shutter release button, the auto focus will focus and a picture can be taken however if you turn the focus ring to the right so the image is out of focus and try and get it to auto focus by pushing the shutter release button the lens will not auto focus. Photos are of lens for sale. Has front lens cap. Has no rear lens cap.
