We are a registered business (2007/252706/23) trading from our own premises in Naboomspruit, as well as through an office in Jackson, Tennessee in the USA.
Our mission
Although we are also photography fanatics, we do not sell photographic equipment as a hobby, or to make a bit of pocket money. In spite of the fact that we trade with the purpose of being a profitable business, our number one priority will always be CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Mack Camera & Video Service was established in 1938, so you can rest assured that your equipment will be protected if it needs service. Our Extended Warranty is designed to give the best total protection for equipment for the life of the warranty.
Mack Camera affords an international customer the ability to utilize any manufacturer authorized service center to repair their unit. Just contact our International Service department for instructions.

Warranty issues
All items sold by Coza1Digital is covered by a replace/refund/repair warranty carried by ourselves, subject to the same conditions as would have been the case had it been covered by the manufacturer. On new items this is valid for 12 months, and for used items it is valid for 3 months. In case of a warranty claim on a new item we would prefer to replace it with a similar new unit, and then sort out the warranty claim with the manufacturer. That way you are not left at a disadvantage, waiting for your equipment to be repaired as is normally the case. Should the item no longer be available on the market, we would either have it repaired at our cost, or it would be replaced with a suitable item from the same manufacturer.
All items are returned to our Naboomspruit office in the event of a warranty claim.
