Slayer14 could have easily sold the item to me and, subsequently, brushed me off and re-directed me to the respective company's support centre. However, Slayer14 spent a lot of time and several trips to the support centre until the item had been fixed to my satisfaction and, at all times, gave me the option of cancelling the deal.
