The Canon Pixma iP2840 Inkjet Photo Printer is capable of producing colour prints with a resolution of 4800 x 600 dpi on Plain paper (A4, A5, B5, LTR, LGL) and Photo paper( 13x18cm, 10x15cm). It has a compact design that makes it ideal in a home or personal working environment for doing the occasional print. It even has the ability to print on envelopes (DL, COM10) for added versatility. The iP2840 can be used with both plain and glossy papers for printing standard documents and high quality photographs. This paper can be easily loaded into a 60-sheet automatic document feeder for convenience.
Additionally, the iP2840 has Auto Power On & Off settings for turning on when a print job is sent and to power down when it is not being used. For connecting to a computer, this printer uses a standard USB. 2.0 connection. Also, there is a quiet mode for making sure you don't disturb those around you when you make a print.
