Upon startup, the scanner operates as expected the internal mechanisms move, and the scanning light under the lid turns on. However, despite this, the scanner does not complete the scanning process. When attempting to scan using the software, an error code is displayed, as shown in the image provided. Therefore, this unit is being sold as not fully functional. SOLD AS IS.
