REDUCED PRICE - OWNER CLEANING DECKS AS STARTING NEW COLLECTION / EXHIBIT.  OFFER CLOSES IN ONE WEEK.  Cape of Good Hope:  pre-stamp letter wrapper addressed to the Secretary of the Wesleyan Missionary Society in London, marked as Single (i.e. sheet of paper).   Two manuscript rate markings and showing General Post Office / Cape of Good Hope crowned oval datestamp.  Reverse shows GB arrival datestamp plus India Letter / Falmouth boxed h/s, both struck in red.  (Docketing on reverse indicates original content (no longer present) was a statement of chapel trust accounts).  As scanned.
