Cape of Good Hope (second British occupation period) undated (but c.1823 per known m/s note) letter wrapper addressed to de Heer DF Schman (+/-!) Asst Sequastor, Kaapstad.  A nice, early item that shows well and conveniently small for an exhibit page.  As scanned.
