This Postal agency first listed together with AaSvogelkrantz in 1859, also listed 1860 to 1862. In 1862 it i was listed as Achter Sneeuberg and Aasvogelkrantz had disappeared. Postal agency opened 1862 as Achter Sneeuberg. Originally had its head office at Graaff Reinet and later Cradock.
