The padded boards are covered in faux-leather. Portfolio format. In good condition. The boards do have discolouration/foxing but this is mostly on the back board. Corners are bumped a bit. Please see pics.

A Collection of Historical photographs of Cape Town most of which come from the Cape Archives, Hard Cover bound in a large folio book in Landscape format. It also includes a facsimile reproduction of a page from the book of Sir Francis Drake referring to the Cape in 1580. The last two pages are reproductions of the treaties signed by Dingaan and Miselikatzi and Piet Retief and the Cape Governor respectively. Sepia.
