PLEASE NOTE: All chinese products come with the information printed on the box and in the manuals as is. TERMS: We carry local stock of all items sold, and we do not sell out of stock international items at all. NO COLLECTIONS AS WE ARE AN ONLINE COMPANY ONLY, and delivery is preloaded into automated system. We will respond to your email within 48hrs Monday-Friday. Kindly refrain from calling on cellphone or landline as we require written proof of all communications. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days Monday - Friday excluding public holidays after payment is received. Orders paid in full before 11am can be dispatched the same day. Courier collect parcels up to 2 pm, any order paid for after that can only be dispatched the next business day. Friday auctions can only be dispatched on Mondays if paid in full before 11am on the Monday. Orders placed within Cape Town area still follows standard delivery procedures, and is not faster due to location, as all parcels first needs to sign in to Fastway North Hub before it can be shipped to East, West, and South Hubs in order to be delivered the following business day. We have no control over delivery times for local or national parcels. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you on the day we ship your order Monday to Friday. Orders must be paid for within 48 hours of placing order or winning auction, failing to do so will result in a BAD RED RATING, a SNC will be filed, and you will be BLOCKED from all future auctions. Areas we ship to D2D (Door-to-Door) are listed in the shipping section, to CBD's only with max of 9km radius from CBD, and NO PO Boxes, NO Townships, NO Rural land, NO government Buildings, NO Schools, NO Universities, NO Technicons, NO Hospitals, as our courier cannot deliver to those areas. Should you ignore this your will be billed for additional costs before parcels will be dispatched. We send orders to your address on Bid or Buy, please ensure this is correct upon check out. The shipping responsibility lies with the Buyer & Courier, as we can only take responsibility for parcels up to the point where the courier collected the parcel. We use FastWay couriers, kindly read their terms and conditions on their website www.fastway.co.za. We only use A4 / A2 satchels in stock, so if your order requires more than 1 satchel, we have to use as many as required to ship the parcel to you. In the past clients gave us bad ratings as shipping costs increase as orders increase as well, but we have no control over it. As we do not ship in boxes with shipping calculated afterwards. For this reason do not place bids or orders if you are not happy with our shipping structure, or terms. When entering a bid, or a purchase, or ordering from us we assume that you have read and accepted these terms. Since we buy and sell goods online, locally, internationally, we do not offer any Warranty, Guarantee, Refund, Installation, Training, or Telephonic Support on the products sold on BoB, unless otherwise stipulated.
