Postage and packaging is charged at R40.00 for Registered Parcel. Speed Services counter to counter at R65.00, and counter to door at R112.
Warranty and Guarantee Policy:
Note: We do check and test all of our products to make sure that they are in 100% physical condition and working order before sending it to you.
7 Day replacement guarantee:
Should there be any problems with the product, please feel free to send it back to us within 7 days of receipt. Once we have received the faulty item, we will send you a replacement. We will cover the postage fees.
Note: To avoid delays, please let us know of the issues you are experiencing with the item, as it may be something we can provide technical support for via email. (i.e. factory reset).
6 Month Manufacturer Warranty:
We can send a faulty item back to the manufacturer to repair for you within 6 months; however you will need to cover the postage fees. Please contact us for return address if need be.
The Warranty does not cover physical or “water damage”, but you are always free to contact us and we will see what we can do to help.
