Cost effective, user friendly Because the product is waterless it is even safe to spray on wiring etc & just wipe off.Spray the foam onto rims, wait 30 to 60 seconds, and dab off with a clean damp cloth.Note** for best results on painted surfaces please hose off within 60 secs. No damage will occur its just to remove the "blue" active ingredient and avoid smudges /smearing  Not for use on fabric/leather etc due to blue active ingredient As with all solvent based products please first do a small test on the surface to ensure no negative results.
