The foam lifts the dirt off  the surface and you just wipe it away!! Cost effective, user friendly Because the product is waterless it is even safe to spray on wiring etc & just wipe off.Spray the foam onto rims, wait 30 to 60 seconds, and dab off with a clean damp cloth.Note** for best results on painted surfaces please hose off within 60 secs. No damage will occur its just to remove the "blue" active ingredient and avoid smudges /smearing  Not for use on fabric/leather etc due to blue active ingredient As with all solvent based products please first do a small test on the surface to ensure no negative results.
