Invented in Australia by a lady who struggled for years travelling into the the Sun on the way to work
Her car visor just did not cover the spots that she needed to protect her eyes ..so she invented the trade marked Sunblaster

The modern version of the Sunblaster Car Sun Visor is made of transparent tinted but tough, splinter free, polycarbonate

which is clamped to the visor in any car or truck, by means of flexible polycarbonate clips.

This well designed and sturdy product protects against 99% of all UV-A & UV-B rays.  UV-A is weaker than UV-B but passes further into the skin than UV-B.

It is now generally accepted that both UV-A and UV-B cause skin cancer, including melanoma.  Unprotected and prolonged exposure to the sun has also been found to be a contributing factor in the development of cataracts.  

Not all sunglasses offer a good level of protection.

Excellent news for bi-focal wearers is that you can wear your bi-focals and still enjoy the benefit of sunglasses with the Sunblaster car sun visor !

These clips have internal ridges in the connecting barrel which allows the attached panel to be adjusted to 7 different positions,
making the sunblaster sun visor extremely easy to position relative to the sun's glare.

In addition, the lower panel is attached by means of a similar connector which allows 4 more distinct positions

By having this flexibility, created by the joints on the sunvisor panels, the driver is able to finely position how he/she wants the car sun visor to reduce the glare.

The sunvisor is packed in a soft poly bag with concise instructions for installation

It doesnt matter whether the driver is tall or short , this sunvisor extender can be installed easily, either on the leading edge of the car's own unit or on the upper edge .

The sunvisor can be clipped back when not in use, out of sight.

I use the sunvisor in sets of 2 in my service vehicle . One for the front screen and a 2nd unit clipped onto the side window to protect from the burning sun on long road trips . The first unit I installed in 2010, when our first stock arrived, and I still use them everyday.

Note: The car sun visor is not intended to replace your sunglasses but rather to enhance your driving enjoyment. The sunblaster anti-glare sunvisor extender can be manipulated so that the panels double over, and is extremely useful in blocking extreme sunlight in this position.
