Beautiful and stunning BABYLON design CARLTON WARE bowl. Usual green lustre background, enamelled coloured flowers (hand painted), lots of gilt and festoons of tropical folliage. Bowl measures 22.5cm x 26.5cm and has a depth of 6cm. The bowl has lots of crazing front and back, however it does not detract from the beauty of this stunning, rare and very collectible bowl. Black CARLTON WARE Made in England "trade mark" script at the back, and pattern number 4125 (another number of 5659 above it). Postage will be R35 and insurance is advisable.
