CARLTON WARE YELLOW FOXGLOVE PART CRUET SET

DESCRIPTION:

A Carlton Ware Salad Ware embossed yellow 'Foxglove' part cruet set. Introduced in the 1930's,
this  pastel coloured, moulded range used flowers, leaves and fruit either as decorative motifs or
as the main shape of the piece. It became the mainstay of Carlton Ware for nearly two decades.

MARKS:

Printed in black, Carlton Ware, Made in England, "Trademark", Registered Australian Design
and Registration Applied For. Impressed number 1896 to cruet tray and mustard pot.

CONDITION:

Unfortunately salt shaker is missing. A few small chips to rim of cruet tray.
Slight staining to lid of mustard pot. Fine overall crazing to all pieces.

DIMENSIONS:

Cruet tray approximately 120mm in length X 110mm in width.
Pepper shaker approximately 47mm in height X 40mm in diameter.
Mustard pot approximately 55mm in height X 50mm in diameter.
