Carmién Earl Grey Citrus has bergamot added, a natural fragrant from the bergamot orange, a citrus fruit. Earl Grey was traditionally only available as a black tea but our rooibos option gives Earl Grey lovers a healthy, caffeine free choice.
Carmién flavoured teas gives you the option of enjoying the natural goodness of rooibos in a variety of delicious flavours. Rooibos is naturally high in antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic and soothing on the nervous system.
TIP: Carmién Earl grey Citrus pairs perfectly with most dishes, from samoosas to dark chocolate. It is also very refreshing served ice cold with lemon and mint leaves.

How to Prepare:
Amount: 1 tea bag / 250ml
Water temp: 100C
Steep time. 35 minutes.
For iced tea: Double the amount, steep for the required time (or longer) and pour over ice cubes to chill
To ensure fully benefiting from the many rooibos health properties, preferably no milk, sugar, or honey should be added. Best to enjoy at 65°C
