A great everyday tea. Creamy mint is an appetising tea before meals and also acts to cleanse the palate before or after meals.

How to Prepare:
Amount: 1 tea bag / 250ml
Water temp: 100C
Steep time. 3 - 5 minutes.

For iced tea: Double the amount, steep for the required time (or longer) and pour over ice cubes to chill

To ensure fully benefitting from the many rooibos health properties, preferably no milk, sugar or honey should be added. Best to enjoy at 65°C
