Carmien - Nursing 20's

Carmien - Nursing time is specially formulated to stimulate and increase lactation. The combination of fenugreek, fennel, and aniseed works together to increase milk production. Fennel is also antiseptic and helps with digestion. Rooibos is caffeine, sugar, and kilojoule free and will assist in weight loss.

Vanilla and aniseed give a smooth, slightly licorice flavor. For best results, drink 4-6 cups daily, hot or cold

Please do not drink while pregnant.

How to Prepare:
Amount: 1 tea bag / 250 ml
Water temp: 100°C
Steep time: 3-5 minutes

For iced tea: Double the amount, steep for the required time (or longer) and pour over ice cubes to chill

To ensure fully benefitting from the many rooibos health properties, preferably no milk, sugar, or honey should be added. Best to enjoy at 65°C
