The fragrance and the range of colour is very good. Double beautifully scented, fringed flowers.

Height: 60cm Hardy Herbaceous Perennial; normally treated as an annual. Prefers full sun;

 Sow from Autumn, or spring in a good seed compost in seedling trays (see our Plastic Seedling Trays), just covering the seed with compost. Make sure that the compost is moist but not wet and seal in a polythene bag until after germination which usually takes 7-14 days at 18-20 degrees..

Transplant when large enough to handle into small plant growing bags. Plant out after all risk of frost 35-40cm apart.

Grow in a sunny spot on light well drained soil.
