CARNELIAN AND TURQUOISE OM BRACELET
Om is a mantra and the Sanskrit sound of Hindu origin. It is sacred in various Dharmic religions such as Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism. It is placed at the beginning of most Hindu texts as a sacred chant to be recited at the start and end of a study of the Vedas or before any prayer or mantra.
In Hindu it means "absolute reality" and represents the divine energy which is related by three aspects, namely creation, preservation and liberation.
Turquoise is an excellent stone for treating depression due to its vibrant colour. It is used to calm minds in turmoil following a nervous breakdown and to prevent panic attacks. It can be worn to protect against negative energies and is said to change colour to warn of danger or illness.
Carnelian is used by healers to boost fertility and stimulate sexuality. It raises energy levels and spurs lethargy into action. A stone of ambition and drive, Carnelian is a Power Stone! Carnelian is the most powerful action stone for focusing, realization and self-actualization. Reminds one to be "in the moment". Carnelian has the ability to stimulate the brain, clearing the mind of confusion and improves concentration and problem solving. The Egyptian's combined this stone with turquoise to enhance its power. They believe it prevented anger, envy and hatred.
