Description: This is an older, pre-owned, hand knotted Persian carpet.

Karaje or Karaja carpets are handknotted carpets from the area around the village of Karaje in north-western Iran. The central piece of the carpets are generously decorated with several geometrical medallions dominated by red and blue colours. Small sizes and runners are most common.

Size: 130cm x 89cm

Origin: Iran
