HE WAS IN A PARTNERSHIP WITH SAMUEL WATTON SMITH UNTIL 1888 UNDER THE STYLE OF COLLIS & Co AND S.W SMITH & Co. IN 1880 THE BUSINESS HAD HOWEVER BEEN RESTYLED AS "CARRINGTON & Co" IN 1922 THE FIRM WAS CONVERTED INTO A LIMITED LIABILITY FIRM WITH AN "Ltd" ADDED TO THEIR MARK

THIS ITEM IS AN EDWARDIAN STYLE ANTIQUE SILVER PLATED CREAMER MANUFACTURED BY CARRINGTON & Co, LONDON, BEFORE THE FIRM BECAME AN Ltd IN 1922. THE ITEM HAS THE REPOUSSE RIBBED PATTERN ACROSS THE LOWER HALF WITH A PROMINENT SPOUT AND AN ART DECO STYLE SOLID HANDLE

STAMPS/MARKS ETC : THE ITEM IS STAMPED UNDERNEATH - SYMBOL "EPNS" STAR IN A SHIELD FOLLOWED BY - "A1 C & Co B"

CONDITION : BESIDES REQUIRING A POLISHING DUE TO SOME AGE RELATED VINTAGE PATINA, THE ITEM IS IN PERFECT CONDITION WITH NO DENTS, RUST OR DAMAGES ETC
