A carved necklace which could very possibly be ivory. Some of the beads appear to have some grain like that of ivory, and also the pendant is quite large - 5 x 5cm - and has a polished surface like ivory. If this is not ivory it would be bone.

The beads of the necklace are interspersed with carved elephants. The necklace measures 23.5cm on each side. It is in excellent condition and the screw clasp is working fine.
