Carved wood pot / plant stand, brass inlay, India, mid 20thC

 Intricately carved top with a brass inlay to the central area.

Base comprises three separate carved legs joined with metal hinges. The base legs slot into applied receptor  under the top.

Fragment of label  reads " Made in India / No."

Diameter - approx. 240mm

Height    - approx. 245 mm

In generally very good condition for age - there are a few tiny dings, dents and chips but nothing glaring or major.

This is a very lovely little thing of far superior quality to the shabbily made contemporary products with their shallow and scratched designs.

Will be delivered flat packed in two parts in order to qualify for econoparcel.
