RECOMMENDED USAGE

¿ Mix 2 scoops with 250ml of cold water or milk
¿ Take NutriTech Slow Release Casein before bed and/or between meals when slow digesting protein is required

 Use As A Decadent Dessert:

¿ 3 scoops with 150ml—200ml of cold water or milk
¿ Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes and enjoy as a thick and fluffy dessert before bed.
