The Casio Ediface EFR 556DB-2A features a date display at the 3 o'clock position, a 24-hour time display and a stopwatch that can be controlled by the side buttons - the top stopwatch starts and stops, while the bottom one resets the measured values. The watch can be used to measure up to half-hourly intervals. The watch case made of stainless steel is suitably complemented by a steel bracelet with a reviving polished line running through its centre along its entire length and connecting to a polished non-rotating lunette with minute markers. The transparent black-blue dial is enlivened by subtle gold elements and protected by a mineral crystal. The hands and indices are coated with a luminescent layer for easier legibility in low-light conditions. The water resistance of the watch is 100 m - suitable for normal swimming or snorkelling. With a diameter of 48.7 mm, it ranks among large watches.
