Caspian Pink is a Russian variety that comes from the area between the Black and Caspian Seas. It has round, flattened fruit, although some are lobed and irregular with small seed chambers and low acid, a great choice for slicing and sandwiches, but also mixes well with other tomatoes in canning and can sweeten up some of the more acid types. It is an extra pleasure in the garden as it has double blossoms. Definitely worth your time to grow this one! It takes 80 days to reach maturity.
