Cast Metal Figure of a Fisherman

On offer this stunning cast metal figure of a fisherman, standing 22.5cm tall, the base with a diameter of 7.5kg  and weighing 1.250kg.  In places decoratively painted/sprayed for maximum effect. Turned upside down, a piece of the underside missing, I am not sure if it was manufactured like this, and it does not affect the stability of the figure.  On the underside a feint marking/signature to be seen, though hard to read.
