Castle on the Lake - Side Plate

Manufactured between 1939 and 1970 by the very well known ceramic manufacturer, Johnson Brothers from England.

The pattern depicts a castle scene in Brown Multicolor (polychromatic) transferware with multi colored floral accents on a cream background.

The design includes a central castle, a lake, and foreground floral elements like foxgloves and roses in brown, pink and green tones.
