Caverswall Collectors Plate, Country Diary of an Edwardian Lady, John Ball, March
This is a very nice Caverswall collectors plate, one of the 12 month plates in the "Country Diary of an Edwardian Lady" series. Designed by John Ball, this is the plate for March. Backstamp as shown in the photograph. The rhyme on the plate reads
" Daffodils that come before the Swallow dares, and take the winds of March with beauty". (Shakespeare)
In very good condition, no chips, nicks or hairlines, the gilding around the edge is very good. Please view all the photographs as they form part of the description. The plate measures approximately 27.5cms in diameter
Slight scuffs on the plate, does not come up in the photo but in otherwise good condition
