The Peppermint Stick Celery is beautiful celery variety, the dark green stems with red-pinkish tint is sweet with an intense spicy celery flavour.

It does well keep its colour when cooked and brightens a veggie platter. This Celery can be harvested in 85 days after germination. You can leave 1 plant to flower as it will self-seed, and you will have continuous celery leaves and plants available to harvest from.

I managed to keep my plants to produce leaves after they produced and matured seeds, they have a very fragrant smell.
