Celery Tall Utah (Apium graveolens var. dulce) is an heirloom variety grown since 1953. It has medium-dark green stringless stalks with compact hearts that have great flavour and are disease resistant. One of the most popular and dependable varieties. Dark green stalks and foliage growing to 70cm. The plant can be used raw or cooked. Leaves are used as a flavouring, fresh or dried. Ideal in salads, soups, stews and as a cooked vegetable. The plant has good disease tolerance.
