The Cometron FirstScope Reflector Telescope from Celestron is a table-top telescope featuring a Newtonian reflector optical design. The 3" objective mirror and 300mm focal length make this beginner telescope suitable for lunar, planetary and even deep-space viewing.

The telescope comes with two fully multicoated 1.25" diameter Kellner eyepieces. The 10mm eyepiece provides a high 30x magnification, while the 20mm produces 15x magnification. These two eyepieces offer a range of viewing options depending on what you are looking at.

A 5x24 finderscope has a wide field of view that helps find what you're looking for and gets you viewing faster. The table-top alt-azimuth mount gives you easy control of the telescope for tracking slow objects like nebulae or fast moving subjects like comets.
