#44410 is a 25-slide set and #44412 is a 100-slide set.
There is no fixed list of slides included in either set. The slides change according to when the slides were actually made (some slide specimens are only available at certain times of the year).
The cover slips are standard #1.5 (or #1-1/2) and are 0.17mm thickness.
