Application Methods
Method 1 Trowel Application (Underwater)
- Properly prepare the repair surface by removing loose material.
- Mix the paste according to instructions.
- Apply sufficient paste to the back of a small rounded trowel.
- Protecting it with a cupped hand, take underwater and firmly trowel into the hole or recess.
- Make as few passes as possible.
- Remove excess material from the shoulders of the cavity.
- Do not disturb for 24 hours.
Method 2 Plastic Bag Method (Underwater)
- Prepare the surface properly.
- Place mixed paste in a plastic bag that fits over your hand like a glove.
- Invert the bag to protect the paste when taking it underwater.
- Position at the hole or recess.
- Pull the edge of the bag back over your hand and press the paste firmly into the cavity until flush with the surrounding surface.
Important:
Avoid overworking or excessively agitating the paste underwater, as this may cause it to loosen and disperse into the water.
