Large truck. Made by Rico models. 70s early 80,s. This was the same era as Tonka toys.
In played with condition. Markings , paint loss, Paint chips dents, rust etc. The cement barrel still turns but have some damage(Piece missing - 2nd picture) to it. Still in fair condition for age.
