The item has a Felt Layer (green) on the bottom of the stand and a label which is ROYAL SABLE COPPER WARE

An EXQUISITE Attention Grabber - Solid Copper with a Beaten Pattern just below the rim. A Display Bowl/Center Piece that Looks absolutely FANTASTIC when utilized to its full potential to decorate the home

The stand has been engraved with "Presented to Alex and Paddy on 2nd April 1976 from 1st Roseneath Scout Group in Appreciation"

There are areas (2) inside the Bowl where the copper has begun to oxidize and these will have to be vigorously rubbed/polished out. Otherwise this item is in PERFECT condition with no breakages or damages anywhere.
