The Centurion D10 SMART+ Heavy Industrial Sliding Gate Operator is a high-performance automation system engineered for commercial spaces, townhouses and high-traffic security estates. Rated to handle massive gates up to 1000 kg and complete up to 750 operations per day, it delivers the rugged mechanical reliability required to keep high-volume access points moving smoothly. Built-in wireless connectivity changes how your site is managed, giving your installer instant diagnostic access while giving you real-time security alerts and complete control from your smartphone. If you need an industrial gate solution that eliminates downtime and withstands continuous daily cycling, this operator is the ultimate upgrade for your property.
Key Features
-
Handles high-volume traffic without overheating. The heavy-duty 24V DC motor architecture supports up to 750 daily operations, making it ideal for busy commercial properties and residential complexes.
-
Keeps running reliably during load shedding. Driven entirely by a continuous battery backup system, your gate remains fully functional during power grid failures so your entrance never becomes a bottleneck.
-
Reduces maintenance costs with cloud diagnostics. Integrated SMART technology allows your installer to securely view fault logs and trace issues remotely via the cloud, preventing unnecessary or blind callouts to your site.
-
Protects your security perimeter with instant alerts. The onboard system detects gate-forced or ambient anti-tamper events and sends immediate push notifications directly to your phone.
-
Prevents accident damage with advanced collision sensing. An intelligent electronic sensor automatically stops and reverses the gate if an obstruction is detected, safeguarding vehicles and pedestrians alike.
-
Stands up to harsh outdoor environmental elements. The internal components are protected by a robust IP54-rated weatherproof housing to ensure long-term operational life in extreme weather conditions.
Did You Know?
The specialised surge and lightning protection components built directly onto the logic board cannot protect the operator unless the unit has an explicit pathway to dump excess energy. Splicing standard soft-sheathed cable through the trench leaves your electronics vulnerable. Using Steel Wire Armoured (SWA) cable for the mains supply line is highly recommended; grounding the outer steel wire armouring at one end transforms the subterranean cable run into a highly effective electromagnetic shield, drastically mitigating inductive voltage surges during local lightning activity.
Compatibility & App Support
App Control: This system is fully compatible with the MyCentsys Pro app, which allows security installers to perform seamless wireless setups, adjust speed profiles and evaluate system health metrics. For everyday property access and management, the MyCentsys Remote app allows users to open, close and monitor the gate's live status from anywhere. Both applications are available for download on Google Play, the iOS App Store and the Huawei AppGallery. The onboard receiver operates on a secure 433 MHz frequency and can store up to 1,500 individual remote control buttons.
