The Centurion D3 SMART Kit is a complete, app-driven sliding gate automation system designed for residential properties and standard domestic gates up to 300 kg. This package bundles the core motor with a 12V backup battery, a foundation plate, rack, and two Nova remotes, giving your installer everything required for a standard installation or motor upgrade. Built on Centurions intelligent SMART platform, it delivers faster opening speeds and allows you to control and monitor your gate directly from your phone while ensuring reliable access during load shedding.
Keeps running during load shedding: The 12V battery-driven system ensures your gate remains fully operational when the main power drops.
Fast entry and exit: Capable of moving gates at up to 24 metres per minute, reducing waiting times and enhancing security by closing the gate swiftly behind you.
Obstruction detection: Electronic collision sensing detects physical resistance and automatically stops and reverses the gate to prevent damage to your vehicle or property.
Tamper and theft deterrence: Features a theft-resistant cage design and a lockable manual override key release to protect the motor housing from unauthorised access.
Wireless setup and diagnostics: Installers can configure the system entirely via a smartphone interface, eliminating the need to scroll through complex menus on an internal screen.
Compatible with the MyCentsys Pro app (for installers to handle wireless setup, limit configuration, and diagnostics) and the MyCentsys Remote app (for homeowners to open, close, and monitor the gate's status digitally). Both apps are available on Google Play, the App Store, and Huawei AppGallery.
You do not need to open the motor housing to add new remotes. The system allows you to manage and delete Nova remote controls digitally using the MyCentsys app.
The D3 SMART is designed to fit onto older D3 and D5 base plates, making it a straightforward replacement if you are upgrading an older Centurion motor.
The gates opening and closing speeds can be configured independently, allowing you to set a fast opening speed for quick entry and a slower, gentler speed for closing.
