Chakras represent the seven main energy centres of the body. Starting at the base of the spine and extending towards the crown of the head, these are spirals of energy like wheels throughout the body. The word chakra comes from the Sanskrit word meaning ‘spinning wheel.’ If the chakras are not balanced, it affects our physical and mental health. Balanced chakras ensure that energy flows unhindered from the higher to lower levels so that the state of prosperity, success and happiness can be reached. Chakra balancing is required for spiritual advancement and also to maintain physical and mental health. 

This bracelet contains stones that represent the 7 major Chakras, namely smokey quartz, carnelian, citrine, rose quartz, turquoise, lapis lazuli and amethyst.

The bracelet's length is approximately 18 cm.
