Charming 'W. Goebel' Art Deco Figurine
This adorable, hand painted, art deco, ceramic 'W. Goebel' figurine features a young lady with a red bonnet and green dress, climbing over a wooden garden fence with a seated scotty terrier dog looking up at her. She was made in Germany by the 'W. Goebel' Porcelain factory who were well-known for their range of 'Hummel' figures. It is impressed with 'FF 221' and 'Goebel's' early 'Crown Mark' on the base, dating this piece between 1923 and 1949 and is stamped in blue 'COPE W. Goebel'. This lovely piece is in excellent condition and measures 8,5cm x 4,5cm, with a height of 16cm.
